Please help me by completing the first step of the application which will formalize your interest in one of our puppies. If you are interested in one of our puppies as a possible service dog. Pups that have been accepted and pre-qualified in training programs are placed first. It is our desire to place puppies based on their personality and the new owner's needs and expectations. Filling out the application forms will help us find the perfect match for you in one of our puppies.
